Yes, you can customize your bracelet by contacting us directly.  Given our inventory of colors, we may have to order that color through our providers.

With requests for specific designs, I will keep in mind the most popular, for upcoming tutorials.

 

How does international shipping work?

We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $12.99 for certain countries/regions.  Due to COVID-19, we have suspended shipping to certain regions, however we are monitoring these regions and will lift restrictions when possible.

No, Pull Tight Paracord uses the Loop & Diamond Knot finish for every order.  This is a flawless and appealing way to fasten our product.

How often will the video tutorials for purchase be available on the site?

Pull Tight Paracord is working very hard on these tutorials currently.  Videos will be added as often as possible.

How do I measure my wrist?

If you own a soft measuring tape, place it loosely on your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet.  The looseness will allow the bracelet to fit better because of the thickness (height) of the designs.  The soft tape measure is more accurate.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on physical products.  There are no refunds on digital/video products.
